This is the remarkable Eva - the precious lady who has two daddies. She is 15 + 1 month and a few days.

She is a German Shepherd Dog and has a problem walking because of hip displaycia or arthritis - think it is a mix of both.

She is remarkable she walks by using her front legs and back knees - but we take her for walks in her green truck pictured.

Fall or is it Autumn

Well Spring - or be to be precise Astronomical Spring ends tomorrow - and Fall or Autumn begin - living in Minnesota we have weird seasons - so we have a rather short Autumn before Winter sets in.

This September has been unseasonably warm - and we been enjoying going outside and visiting State Parks, taking Eva for a walk in her truck - entertaining my Dad and his girlfriend earlier this month visiting the State Fair and enjoying the sun.

But is it Fall or is it Autumn that is the question - in the Motherland we used Autumn and here in the U.S. across the pond Fall and Autumn seem to be used so can't quite get my head around it.

It is like driving on the pavement and walking on the sidewalk ... hard concept to get around when in the U.K. you walk on the pavement ... and don't get me started on fanny packs !!!!

Eva

Could not resist - this will be a fun blog to share the adventures of our Eva - a minx - a German Shepherd Dog who has hip problems and we take her for walks in her new John Dere Truck. Eva is funny and enjoys life to the full.

Her two daddies enjoy life to the full two and are fighting for the right to marry and to ensure that we get equal rights with our straight comrades .... it seems it is o.k. to be homophobic these days - it seems gay has become the new battle ground for equal rights.

One day the world will see that people are the same just different and we all deserve equal and full rights - why treat someone different because they have a different sexual orientation, a different gender, are differently abled or on racial grounds ... or age, or whatever reason ...

Is this planet big enough for bigots - I don't think so ...
